Pork half Share

A half hog`s worth of meat, split into 6 bi-monthly deliveries. 12 pounds of pork delivered to your door every other month for a year, in a combinations of your preferred cuts. The pork cuts we offer are ham (whole, half or steak), pork chops and steaks, bacon, ground pork, ground sweet or hot Italian sausage, ground breakfast sausage, breakfast links, patties or bulk, chorizo, country ribs, spare ribs, Boston Butt, picnic roast, brats (plain, sweet and hot Italian, jalapeno cheese, mushroom Swiss, green pepper and onion,), smoked or natural Polish sausage, pork hocks and neck bones. Sign-up by the 15th of any month and receive your first delivery the following month.
